If you are a bit wary about being in a group or would like individualized attention and a personalized programme I am happy to offer private sessions. Private sessions are uniquely tailored to your own needs and can support you in making long-lasting changes in your life in a way and at a level that is appropriate to your current situation and continual growth.
Yoga Therapy is the use of Yoga where there is a specific health need or needs. The aim of Minded Yoga Therapy is to promote good health for the person as a whole – the emphasis of this work may be towards the body, the mind, the emotions or a combination of these.
Long term physical conditions are commonly associated with depression and a variety of feeling – sadness, loss, frustration, anger. Our emotional health affects our physical health and bringing balance to the mind, body and spirit through a combination of yoga postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation helps to calm the central nervous system and restore health and wel lbeing.
